Has my order shipped?
Most orders will ship the same day if placed before 3:00pm (Central Standard Time) and nearly all within a 24 hour period from the time at which the order was placed Monday through Friday. There are times when a specific product may be out of stock due to demand, but we do our absolute best to keep our inventory at a safe level to avoid this. If an item is out of stock, a dogtagmachines.com representative will contact you immediately so you can make a decision to wait or find an alternative solution. Any item ordered after 3:00pm on Friday, is not guaranteed to ship that same day. Any orders not making the 3:00pm cutoff on Friday will ship out the following Monday. If you have an immediate need for an item or would like to place a RUSH on the order, please call us at 815-568-4115 or include your request in the Order Comments section when placing an order.

My order never arrived.

When will my backorder arrive?
Backordered items are those which our suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more in stock, but as soon as they do, we will be able to ship the item to you. We generally do not see backordered items take longer than 2 weeks before final shipment. We appreciate your patience!
